Join a confidential CEO Roundtable on the Peninsula
Imagine. You take your seat. To your right is the president of a prominent engineering firm. To your left, the owner of a beloved local retailer. Across from you, a partner in a fast-growing software company.
You raise an issue your business is facing and several peers relate how they met similar challenges.
Suddenly you realize—you’re not alone. Investing in yourself is an investment worth making.
The Luter School of Business and the Virginia Peninsula Chamber are partnering with our nonprofit association to bring the power of peer roundtables to SMB CEOs.
We serve people like you. Whether you call yourself entrepreneur, small business owner, president, or CEO, you are the one who has to make the hard decisions. Who do you talk to about your challenges?

The advantages of being in a peer advisory group (CEO roundtable)
Supplying diverse perspectives in a confidential environment, peer roundtables deliver proven advantages in decision-making and leadership, especially during challenging times.
The cornerstone of the Council is the peer roundtable, a group of 8 to 10 CEOs who meet regularly to accelerate each other’s success. Each roundtable consists of individuals who lead Virginia-based, non-competing companies with $1 million or more in revenue and 5 or more full-time employees.
