About Jean Moncrieff
Jean Moncrieff knows firsthand what it means to build a successful company and then discover that success comes with new challenges.
After growing an eight-figure business, Jean realized the company depended heavily on him. He spent two years building leadership systems, recurring revenue, and a stronger management team before ultimately selling the company. Today, he serves as CEO of the Small Giants Community, a global network of purpose-driven entrepreneurs dedicated to building great companies rather than simply larger ones.
Jean is also the author of Finding Freedom and host of the Growing with Purpose podcast.
