What is Key Executive Roundtable?
Key Executive Roundtable (KERT) is our peer learning experience designed specifically for “second in command” leaders: COOs, GMs, and other top-level executives who support CEOs.
We launched this program three years ago, and after three successful annual sessions, we’re excited to announce our next Key Executive Roundtable cohort, beginning in March 2026!
Learning with peers accelerates professional growth. VACEOs has seen this firsthand for decades through our CEO Roundtables, this program extends that experience to key executives.

Program Benefits
VACEOs is offering a cohort-style program for key executives from small and medium sized businesses that will:
- Create meaningful connections with other professionals and form a trusted network.
- Accelerate the learning and growth by expanding their perspectives through shared experiences.
- Connect them with experts from the community in a wide range of disciplines.
Program Structure
The next session of Key Executive Roundtables will form roundtables of 8 to 12 executives, who will meet every month from March to November 2026. These three-hour meetings will be led by a professional facilitator and consist of two elements.
- Confidential peer roundtable – a condensed version of our CEO Roundtables, where participants share challenges and opportunities.
- Expert-led learning – sessions with subject matter experts on topics such as strategy, culture, technology, compliance, finance, HR, marketing, and sales.
Commitment: Participants are expected to attend every meeting (maximum of one absence permitted)
Program Details
- Cost: $2,700 for VACEOs members’ key executives – $2,950 for non-member executives
- Billing: Fees are billed after acceptance
- Eligibility: Open to both VACEOs members’ key executives as well as non-members’ key executives. (Please note: this is not a VACEOs membership, and participants will not be included in regular VACEOs events.)
- Application deadline is December 15, 2025
